What databases do I have access to?
Answer
Current Students, Faculty, and Staff of Montclair State University have access to over 250 databases.
Alumni & Community Members
Due to contractual agreements with the publishers, remote access to library databases is only available to current students, staff and faculty. With a few exceptions, anyone can access the databases while in the library using the public access computers in the Reference room. Additionally, guests can connect to campus WiFi and access these resources while on the Montclair network.
If you are unable to come to the Sprague Library in person, please contact your local public library for interlibrary loan information.
Alumni and Community Members can access freely available databases from our list of Open Access databases. Learn more about open access on the Open Access Guide.
If you have any questions, please contact Steve Shapiro at shapiros@montclair.edu.
