What if I have overdue ILL material?
What happens if I have an ILL that is overdue? Do I lose my ILL privilege?
Answer
Three overdue notices will be e-mailed; if the item is not returned within this time frame, charges may be billed to your account.
If the lending library sends us an invoice, the patron is responsible for all charges assessed by the lending library.
Having excessive incidences of overdue items will result in the permanent revocation of Interlibrary Loan privileges.
