I'm doing research on a specific topic. Where do I start?

Answer

The librarians at the University Libraries have prepared research guides on a variety of subject areas. To find a research guide for your subject, click on the Research Guides button on the library homepage, then browse list of research guides which are organized by subject and listed alphabetically.

Alternatively, click on the Databases button on the library homepage and use the dropdown subject menu on the top left of the page to browse databases in a specific subject area.

If you want to speak to a librarian, you can chat with us over 24/7 chat, stop by or call during office hours, or make an appointment (see the link below). You can also submit your question and topic using the Ask A Librarian form and we'll get back to you with suggestions on how to get started.
